Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns for coffee and beverage orders as they are a fresh and perishable product. We cannot accept returns or refunds for perishable goods once they have left our facility. If you receive a perishable product that is spoiled or damaged, please contact our customer service team at admin@protocoffee.com.au within 24 hours of receipt. After investigating the issue, we will offer a refund or replacement.

For all equipment and accessories, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us within 24 hours to arrange an exchange. We will need to receive item back for assessment before we ship another item.

Proto Coffee Pty Ltd doesn’t accept returns for change of mind on your purchase. If you would like to upgrade to a different coffee machine or accessory and would like to return it, contact us and ensure that the product is unused and remains in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.

Should we decide to accept a return, a restocking fee of 25% + any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock. We cannot accept returns of equipment without packaging or in opened packaging.

Shipping costs are not refundable and return freight to us is payable by you.
