Origin of Proto - Greek, ‘combining form representing prôtos first: original’ means "first," derived from the ancient Greek πρῶτος.
Proto Coffee Roasters launched its new coffee roastery in 2024 by Stathis Moysiadis selling coffee beans, coffee machines, teas and accessories all direct to public via our roastery & online shop.
Roasting on our new Probat P25/3 drum roaster our coffee brings out the best flavours and aromas from our ethically grown & sourced coffee beans and sustainable suppliers.
We only trade with farmers & green bean merchants who practice social, economic and environmentally sustainable coffee production at origin.
Our beans are roasted in individual batches and origins for different roast profiles to allow the unique attributes of each varietal to reach their finest flavour.
Stathis has 20 years experience in the coffee and vending machine industry currently operating Vendco and Coffee Machines Co – distributor for Gaggia, Saeco and Necta coffee and vending machines.
