Shipping Policy
We roast to order and aim to have all orders roasted, packed, and dispatched within 48 hours of order receipt. We ship all our online orders via Australia Post, Startrack or our preferred courier service and from the time of dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas to take between 2 – 5 business days. Regional or rural areas may take 1-2 business days longer.
If you chose our express post option, you should expect your order to take up to 1- 2 business days for major metro areas.
Depending on when you order, the turnaround time can be as quick as a few hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call or email us as soon as possible.
For any extra shipping cost due to locations or parcels dimensions provided by the courier company, customers will be notified via email or phone calls.
Shipping costs will not be refunded by Proto Coffee Pty Ltd if there has been an error made by the customer, Australia Post, or any other third-party shipper.
Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you didn’t receive your order but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 4 weeks for the investigation.
Proto Coffee Pty Ltd is not liable for any incorrect shipping details by customer.
Customer will cover any re-delivery charges.
